Structural System
The main frame is welded with rectangular steel tubes from Shanghai Baosteel, offering high strength, excellent stability, and a lightweight design.
The working platform is reinforced with a 6mm thick steel plate, ensuring structural integrity and operational safety.
Spline shafts in rotating support points undergo quenching and tempering, enhancing surface hardness and mechanical performance, thereby extending service life.
Hydraulic System
Hydraulic cylinders are sourced from Hebei Dayu, known for their reliability and durability.
The integrated pump station combines check valves, relief valves, and solenoid valves in a compact layout to reduce leakage and maintain high performance.
Features an emergency cut-off valve, allowing safe lowering of the platform during power failure.
All seals are made by German brand “Dessef” (original imported), ensuring excellent sealing performance and durability.
Electrical System
Operates at a safe voltage to protect personnel.
